Experience Shows Your Real Friends
I feel like my hubby & I are about about to start a brand new life chapter. After attending the same church for around 15 years, we feel like it is time to move on to another church. There are no hurt feelings or anger on our part, it's just time. With that said, there are probably people at our "old" church that are feeling anger or hurt (or will when they hear about us leaving). We can't be responsible for that. We are doing what we feel is best for us and what the Lord wants for us. They can chose to respect it or not. I feel like you really find out who your REAL friends are in times like these. There are some people that contact you just to find out the dirt. In other words, they just want to know if you are mad at someone. There are some you will never hear from again...and that's okay.
