These Are a Few of My Favorite Things...Six Favorites, Actually
I want to share some of my favorite things. These are not paid endorsements. I have NO advertisers. I know a lot of these blogs bombard you with products or services because they get paid. Well, I assure you...this is not the case here.
I just feel like when someone is doing something right, you need to give them credit. I'm going to do that and maybe you will find something you enjoy in the process.
1. Revlon Super Lustrous Lipstick #420 Blushed...Oh my gosh, you guys! I think I have found THE perfect lipstick (for me), FINALLY! I absolutely love this color. It has just enough pink, brown, and peachy tones to go with everything. ♥
2. Alabama Shakespeare Festival (Montgomery, AL)...This is a wonderful place. We are heading there very soon! The next play we are scheduled to see is Sherlock Holmes. We've seen 6 or 7 plays/shows, I believe. Everyone has been excellent. It is a great place to go for date night. We dress up (a little), have a nice dinner, and then head to the theater. They have every genre you can imagine. Don't let the name fool you into thinking they are all Shakespeare's works...they are not. In fact, we haven't seen on play that was written by Shakespeare. ♥
3. Netflix & Amazon Prime...We could almost make it without cable TV (if not for football season) because of these two. We watch more Netflix & Amazon Prime than anything else. Some of our favorites available streaming...The Killing, Whitechapel, John Adams, Downton Abbey, Longmire, Broadchurch, Blue Bloods, and Burn Notice...just to name a few. ♥
4. Wreaths/Flower Arrangements...In case you haven't noticed I have an Etsy store and I put a link to it at the bottom of every blog post. As a small business owner (yes, as an Etsy store owner I am a business owner - no matter how large or small), you need to get exposure every chance you get. Though my post have nothing to do with my shop 99% of the time, I still put the link on there just on the off chance that someone may want to check it out. I absolutely love making the products for my shop and I love being creative. If you go to my shop you will see...I refer to it as my happy place. ♥

5. Lazy Days...I don't get to take a lazy day as often as I would like, but when I do - I love it! I love to spend an afternoon watching old movies and just hanging out at home. ♥
6. Classic Movies...Yes, I'm going to recommend some old movie for you as well: Most any Alfred Hitchcock (e.g. Rear Window, Dial 'M' for Murder, Strangers on a Train, Psycho, etc.), Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte, The Maltese Falcon...just to name a few. As you can see, I LOVE suspense movies! Add that to the list!!! ♥
I guess I will just stop right there. I could get sappy and mention things like my hubby & family, but that's not what this post is about today. I hope you will find something new to enjoy!
